14-Day Return Policy

Our 14-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 14 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange, less our shipping cost. It's that simple.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our returns department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Bianca Gems), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns that are improperly packaged and uninsured will be refused receipt.

To return a jewelry item simply package, insure and mail to the following address:

For security reasons, do not write Bianca Gems anywhere on the outside of the package. You may ship via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at sales@BiancaGems.com

Domestic Shipping:

USPS Priority Mail is FREE

USPS Express Mail (overnight to most cities but no Saturday or Sunday delivery) is an extra $18.50, which also includes insurance.

All items are shipped within 24 hours after you've placed your order.

International Shipping:

International shipping by USPS Priority Mail International is currently available to most European countries and Japan, for a fee ranging from $22-$28, including insurance. USPS regulations do not presently allow shipping of fine jewelry to Canada or Australia and a number of other countries. If you live in a country other than those mentioned above, please contact us. In all cases, the purchaser is responsible for any duties or customs charges imposed by your country.
